Our Formed Plastic letters and logos are made by heating plastic sheets to their forming temperature and using pressure and vacuuming to conform CAB and acrylic over a mold to create dimensional signage. These plastic letters and logos are tough, UV-stable, and form sculpted details into a variety of standard or custom shapes and letters.

Our standard Formed Plastic letters have one of the quickest lead times among all our products. Dimension Specifications
Whether your signage needs are big or small, we’ve got you covered. You can design signage at a minimum height of 4 inches up to a maximum of 84 inches for single pieces, and larger if you split the sign into multiple pieces. Our depths include anywhere from ½ inch to 3 inches depending on your artwork. Plus, our depth options are often more cost-effective than the same depth in Flat Cut Acrylic, giving you great value without sacrificing quality.
Fonts
We have a selection of 7 standard fonts – Arial Bold, Architectural, Futura Bold, Helvetica, Helvetica Bold, Times Bold, and Times New Roman. If your client requests a custom font, it will be an additional charge. Custom letters and logos can be made to order in flat, round, prismatic, or sculpted fonts.
Paint Colors
We offer a variety of standard and custom painted colors with custom color matching or choose from one of our 11 standard pigmented colors.
For eye-level, high-traffic, or interactive signs, our new Textured Paint adds character and conceals imperfections like pesky fingerprints or smudges with ease. Resulting in a satin sheen finish, Textured Paint is available in a sand background and can be added to any paint color.
For custom paint colors, send in your paint name or number and brand of paint, and we will obtain a mixing formula at no cost to you. If you do not have a paint name or number and want a color match, we will need at least a 3-inch by 3-inch sample. Our paint lab will run an exact color match process for a cost.
Lighting
Captivate night and day by adding lighting to your sign. Lit Formed Plastic offers a variety of lighting and color options to best suit your client’s needs. Providing more durability in a trimless build than traditional trim cap channel letters, Lit Formed Plastic has a 10-year warranty on all electrical components.
Installation
We offer six mounting options so you can install your signs on any surface. As an added benefit, all our signage products come with mounting patterns, making installation easier for you and your team. Although they are commonly used outdoors, Formed Plastic signs can also be mounted indoors.
