Cast metal is manufactured in a metal foundry that produces metal castings by pouring molten metal into a standard or custom mold to create a desired letter or logo in several depths and textures. Forging cast metal involves a thorough manufacturing process and a team of dedicated tradesmen to create hand-finished cast metal products. Our metal foundries run on all-electric, pollution-free furnaces and use Earth-friendly alloys free of lead and mercury. Cast metal delivers a distinguished, traditional appearance for your sign or message.

Gemini cast metal products are manufactured from two metal choices: aluminum and bronze.
Metal Materials and Finishes
Gemini has a variety of finishes available for aluminum and bronze
- Aluminum – in a brushed, painted color, anodized, or bead blasted finish
- Bronze – in a brushed, polished, oxidized, or bead blasted finish
Paint finish
We have a variety of paint colors available and offer custom paint matching.
For custom paint colors, send in your paint name or number and brand of paint, and we will obtain a mixing formula at no cost to you. If you do not have a paint name or number and want a color match, we will need at least a 3-inch by 3-inch sample. For a cost, our paint lab will run an exact color match process.

- Custom cast metal letters and logos: up to 64 inches maximum

- A selection of standard letters in flat, prismatic, or round face fonts to choose from
- Send in a custom font or logo to create your made-to-order cast metal letters and logos

Installation
